The Alabama voting machines do not pass and suffice inspection and certification according to Plaintiffs of an Alabama Supreme Court case that is currently on the docket as of the 10th November 2022. The Alabama State Canvassing board has acted illegally and now are being sued. But does this really matter to officials?
Of those individuals who are being sued, included are Probate Judge Bill English, Secretary of State John Merrill, and The Jefferson County Canvassing Board which includes the County Sheriff, State Attorneys General, and State Governor. A Temporary Restraining Order has been issued.
The question was raised in a June hearing to the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, in which several witness testimonies were made. Testified information stated in 2016 Russian agents successfully breached the voter registration systems of Alabama, and the systems were not secure against hacking and voter manipulation.
So this poses yet further questions for the citizens of the United States. Is our voting system safe from fraud? Many believe it is not. According to a Rasmussen Report Survey, following the 2020 presidential election, among 1000 surveyed post-election, 52% said it is likely that cheating affected the election. However here we are 2 years later, and conclusive evidence continues to surface.
The Alabama Constitution guarantees Appellants the right to vote, which necessarily includes the right not only to cast a ballot, but to have it accurately counted in conjunction with all other ballots legally cast, without debasement or dilution by modified or fictitious vote totals.
Even when the Appellants brought claims seeking equitable relief to preclude the use of electronic voting machines to administer the collection, storage, counting, and tabulation of votes in Alabama elections, nothing was done.
In response, the appellees filed a motion to dismiss the complaint stating that the court did not have jurisdiction over the claims. So we have citizens that are concerned about election fraud, more than 50%, however unfortunately, when brought to the attention of the courts, we find that unless challenges are made by way of an election contest, § 17-16-44, the courts lack jurisdiction.
It seems to be a never-ending cycle of corruption and fraud. What will it take to get the power back to ‘We the People?’ Well, it may not be happening at warp speed, nonetheless vigilance is on the ground and making its move in yet another of our 50 states.
